As part of our servicing packages, Sygma schedules prescribed preventative maintenance visits in line with our Preventative Maintenance Programme, with the number of annual visits determined by the specific system and equipment installed at your premises.
      A routine maintenance visit covers a full inspection of your alarm system including testing of all detectors, sensors and control panels, checking of wiring and connections, battery testing, and a review of signalling paths for monitored and police response systems. Any faults or areas of concern are identified and addressed to keep your system performing correctly.
      Regular servicing keeps your alarm system reliable and ensures it will respond correctly when it is needed most. It also helps maintain compliance with the relevant British Standards, supports your insurance requirements and, for monitored and police response systems, ensures your signalling remains active and verified. Neglected systems are more likely to produce false alarms, which can result in loss of police response.
      The Platinum package provides the most comprehensive level of cover, including free call-outs during normal hours, free equipment repairs, free replacement parts and priority response. The Enhanced package includes free call-outs and temporary loan equipment but equipment repairs and replacement parts are chargeable. The Standard package offers a chargeable call-out response within 8 hours with preventative maintenance visits included throughout the year.
